So, to the one I love: thank you. Thank you for being the person who stays. Thank you for the patience I don’t always deserve and the laughter that I always need.

Being with you has been a lesson in cartography. Over time, I’ve learned the map of your heart—the areas that are tender and need protecting, the parts that are fierce and unyielding, and the hidden corners that only come out when we’re laughing too hard at something that isn't actually that funny.
