In this episode, a younger and his Padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn , are dispatched to a desolate planet to resolve a kidnapping involving a Senator’s son. Upon arrival, they discover the situation is not a simple crime: the villagers, living in extreme poverty, kidnapped the boy to protest the corruption of his father, Senator Dagonet.
