Curiosità (Curiosity) Maintain an insatiable quest for knowledge. Ask questions about everything. Observe "common" things with fresh eyes. Keep a daily journal for ideas. 2. Dimostrazione (Demonstration) Test knowledge through experience . Learn from your own mistakes. Challenge authority and popular beliefs. Be critically self-aware of biases. 3. Sensazione (Sensation) Sharpen your five senses . Practice active listening and looking. Appreciate smells, textures, and tastes. Use sensory detail to fuel creativity. 4. Sfumato (Going up in Smoke) Embrace ambiguity and paradox. Be comfortable with "not knowing." Sit with tension without rushing. Find beauty in the mysterious. 5.
