Choose the channel list file from the list on your screen and press OK .
It is highly recommended to export your current channel list to a USB drive before applying a new one. This allows you to restore your previous setup if the new file doesn't meet your needs.
Look for a section labeled Setting , Tools , or Upgrade , and select USB Upgrade .
Plug the USB into your receiver and press the Menu button on your remote.
