Before flashing any "part01.rar" file, open the back of your TV and check the white sticker or silk-screened text on the green circuit board (the mainboard). The firmware must match this number exactly. Using firmware for a different board revision can cause the screen to display upside down, distorted colors, or fail to turn on entirely.
