Connect your programmer to the SPI Flash chip on the mainboard and write the new 1920x1080 dump file.
Flashing a "dump" file is more complex than a standard USB software update and usually requires a (like the RT809F or CH341A).
Always read and save the current firmware from your TV's chip before overwriting it.
